TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective August 20, 2026

These Terms of Service govern appointment requests and mobile automotive services provided by OnCall Mobile Mechanic (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or accepting service, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointment requests

Submitting the website form requests an appointment only. An appointment is confirmed after we contact you and agree on the date, time, location, scope, and any initial pricing. Arrival times may vary because of traffic, weather, parts availability, or the needs of earlier service calls.

2. Vehicle and location access

You confirm that you own the vehicle or have permission to authorize work on it. You must provide accurate vehicle information, disclose known issues, provide keys or access as needed, and ensure the vehicle is in a lawful, reasonably level, well-lit, and safe location. We may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe.

3. Estimates and authorization

Any initial estimate is based on the information available at the time and is not a final price unless clearly stated in writing. Diagnostics or disassembly may reveal additional work. We will request authorization before performing materially different or additional repairs. Diagnostic and service-call fees may apply even when a repair is declined or cannot be completed.

4. Parts

Parts we source may include separate manufacturer warranties. If you supply a part, you accept responsibility for its fit, quality, completeness, and warranty. Additional labor may be charged when a customer-supplied part is incorrect or defective. We do not warrant customer-supplied parts and may decline to install unsafe or unsuitable components.

5. Payment

Payment is due when services are completed unless other terms are agreed to in writing. You are responsible for approved labor, parts, materials, taxes, service-call charges, and diagnostic fees. Unpaid balances may result in lawful collection activity and related costs where permitted.

6. Cancellations and missed appointments

Please provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling. A cancellation, travel, or missed-appointment fee may apply when a technician has been dispatched, special-order parts have been obtained, or access to the vehicle is unavailable at the confirmed time.

7. Repair limitations and warranties

Automotive diagnosis involves professional judgment and may require staged testing. We do not guarantee that every issue can be diagnosed or repaired in a mobile setting. Any workmanship warranty will be stated on the applicable invoice or service record. Except as required by law, no other warranties are made, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Existing conditions and personal property

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, failures unrelated to authorized work, or loss of personal items left in the vehicle. Remove valuables before service. You agree to identify aftermarket modifications or prior repairs that could affect the work.

9. Roadworthiness

You are responsible for deciding whether to operate the vehicle after service. If we identify a safety concern, we may recommend that the vehicle not be driven or that it be transported to a repair facility. Our service does not replace required inspections or manufacturer maintenance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost use, missed work, towing, rental costs, or lost profits. Our total liability for a claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

11. Communications

By providing contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts, or emails related to your request, scheduling, estimates, and service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential promotional messages at any time.

12. Governing terms

These terms and any service-specific written agreement form the entire agreement for the applicable work. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date.

13. Contact
